After years in the large-builder world, we saw the same problem over and over: homeowners being charged extra for features that should have been included in a quality pool build all along. We learn how you want to use your backyard, review your site, discuss budget, and create a design direction with 3D visuals.

Engineering & Permits
We coordinate engineering, structural planning, HOA requirements, permits, and city approvals.
week 3-5

Excavation & Steel Reinforcement
Dig day begins, followed by engineered steel reinforcement, plumbing rough-in, dedicated lines, and equipment planning.
week 6-8

Shotcrete & Build-Out
The shell is formed, then tile, coping, decking, equipment, automation, water features, and outdoor living elements come together.
week 9-14
5
Walkthrough & First Swim
Interior finish, fill, water chemistry startup, final walkthrough, and owner orientation.
